- Flexible choice of 2hr, 3hr, and 4hr time slots to suit for all dates and events.
- Entertaining dance caller to MC proceedings, teach everyone the dances, and generally encourage folk to join in. All of our callers are highly experienced at working at both at home and abroad with Scottish, UK, and international crowds, they love introducing folk to the joys of Scottish ceilidh dancing and are fantastic at encouraging first time ceilidh dancers up onto the dance floor and making sure everyone feels confident joining in.
- Professional full range live PA sound system and dance floor lighting including disco lighting if you are planning to include any disco as part of your evening. See here for full tech spec for our current gear if you’re interested!
- Tested, insured, certified – all of our gear is fully PAT tested, and we have public liability insurance for up to £5,000,000. Current certification provided direct to your venue if required.
- Our in house DJ (also one of our musicians) will carefully organise any playlist or track requests, such as your first dance, disco playlist requests, mix and / or manage playlists for any disco sets, and take general responsibly for maintaining a lively atmosphere throughout the evening with thoughtfully created background music playlists for every part of the evening.
- Our radio mic available for any speeches, announcements, presentations, etc.
- Standard set up time, with band arriving to set up 1hr prior to ceilidh kick off, which suits the vast majority of events and venues. If required or desired we also offer a variety of earlier set up options starting from just £75.
- Programme planning advice and assistance.
